This Tutorial!
In addition,

atmospheric perspective, create space and depth which will help your deviation look more realistic.

CONTEST EXPECTATIONS
Build
"The Four Seasons" Contest Entry By Using These Expectations:
Entries must use one of the required landscape stock found below.
The required stock must be edited by adding appropriate objects and/or by changing colors. For example, the stock for Spring is all green. Adding flowers and other stock help make it look more like Spring.
Entries must use any additional stock (of your choice) to carry through the seasonal theme. Everyone
must use more than five (5) additional stocks within their contest entry.
There mus be at least one model in the entry. The model(s), as well as anything else added must be appropriate for the season chosen. No bikini-clad beauties in the winter scene!
Other Resources, like brushes and textures, are fine to use (in fact, they are encouraged), but they are
not stock, and cannot be counted as stock.
No monochromatic (everything done in different shades of the same color) color schemes!

Don't forget the group policy about "airbrush/painting", and other ways to get a "painterly effect" on your photo-manipulation. For clarification, read precisely what a manipulation is on the group's HOME page.
Check the Contest Blog for all the current information, as well as the prize lists!
Be creative; however, do not be so different the required stock is unrecognizable.
Each member can enter up to two (2) deviations into the contest. If entering twice, each entry must use a different background and "other" stocks!
Make sure to write in the artist description what level the contest entry is being entered into (Level 1 for Novice; 2 for Beginners; 3 for Intermediate; 4 for Advanced)! Please state the entry is for "The Four Seasons Contest" and provide a link the contest. Submit to the group and wait to hear if the entry follows the rules. If it does, it will be accepted. Remember that following the requirements is very important and will affect the eligibility of the entry to place in the contest.
