IT'S COLD IN OHIO

This has been circulating around the Internet via email. My thought has been that people change the state or country of the title when sending to their contacts. Well, any state or country that gets a whole lot of snow with a whole lot of wind chill (windchill has been ten or twenty below zero for the last couple nights here in NE Ohio). I made this into a manipulation so I could post it. Here is the text:
