Started with a blank canvas in PhotoShop Elements 4 then layered stock pictures and brushes onto it. Also used the marbled-glass filter over the background color, as well as the blizzard filter.

Pink and gold! It looks totally cheerful, and the girl's picture is perfect for all of the details in this. SO neat!

Thank you so much. She is a little girl in Hungary whose sister took the picture and I got permission to use it in a manip for a contest entry. She is just adorable! She and her sister speak very good English as they both attend an American School where they live. Such sweet kids
