Cast members will have to quit calling her Snow Queen (they do that when getting out costumes for parades and shows to differentiate her from the other queens) once Disney brings out an actual "Snow Queen". She is such a good character!

Guess they might have to use her offical name or refer to her as the evil or wicked queen , I yet to met her in person but I would love to

No one takes the time to do research anymore. I get journals that say "I cannot find so and so or cannot do this or that because...." then there is a litany of complaints without any serious research. I usually just Google the problem, find the information and send the links in a matter of minutes! I remember how my son would do research online in the late eighties and early nineties and it took a lot longer than it does today due to a lack of search engines then but he STILL managed to find the information he needed for a school project!

That it is.... hardly a day goes by that I don't use it! What is REALLY scary is that when I Googled myself a few years ago, I'd come up as my daughter's mother (she was teaching at The Ohio State University at the time and has been quoted in articles and written a thesis on Ancient Games in Greece). Now when I Google my name my dA site comes up :w00t:

That makes sense. At the University it is a public institution so guess that is what makes Tina's info public! Then, for me, well, that's just me.... easy for the world :earth: to find :giggle:

I love this picture of Grimhilde in the villains MGM shop. (It may be Hollywood Studios now, but I'll always refer to the park as MGM :p). She's always been my favorite Disney villain. Great picture! :)

Thank you! You're the first person who understands that it is a picture at the Villains' shop!! I know what you mean about calling it MGM. I've just called it The Studios for years. Was there the first year it opened and have been going since. The Villain shop is without-a-doubt, one of my favorite shops. Have to go in several times each trip and buy, buy buy :giggle: ~ thanks so much for the :+fav:

lol, I'm the same way on every trip, but it seems like whenever I go in there, there's never any villains stuff. It's always like Pirates or Nightmare Before Christmas merch. Seems like I only like characters which are really hard to find on merchandise, like Grimhilde and Prince Phillip. :p

I hear that. I have dozens and dozens of the little plastic figures that my daughter and I are going to start taking pictures of to use as backgrounds for the polls at *DisneyDreamers and *disney-parkhoppers ~ the polls ask about movies and rides and she likes to put an appropriate background to them when posting the results in the gallery.

It's a photograph. The villains shop at Disney's Hollywood Studios has these two-dimensional figures in framed areas up high in the store. I had to hold the camera up to try and make the picture look more level. I removed the background and worked it with photoshop to get the aurora look. The piece is for the fan quilt at *DisneyDreamers ~ I guess deviants aren't noticing I have the category as photography/misc since there isn't a category for fan photos.

Thanks :thanks: for the :+fav:

Oh wow! :D It's still a very nice piece of photograph, I hadn't even noticed the background changed! I'm still just learning the basics of photoshop... right now, our task is to "age" the seniors... mine looks like he's wearing a wig and has a fake beard, which I'm going to have to change...:P I might submit it, if I get the permission :D (and if I survive the next encounter with the senior I'm supposed to "age")...

All you can do is keep working with it. I was SO frustrated when I was first learning for the first several weeks, if not months, especially when trying to learn to use the Wacom Tablet! Keep on working at it!

It's a photo. The two-dimensional portrait is way up on the wall at the Villains' shop at Disney's Hollywood Studios. I had to hold the camera way up to try and get the picture to look more level then removed the top background and redid it in photoshop but still put it in the photography category. I put that it was a photo but just added that it is from the Villains' shop so people won't think I made this :faint:
