The Disney Dining Plan by WDWParksGal The Disney Dining Plan by WDWParksGal
This Deviation is Dedicated to ~Dragonrider1227 who Entertains us all using his Figurines to Illustrate Funny Stories ~

For the last three trips, have used the "Disney Dining Plan", a very easy way to enjoy wonderful food, carry little cash and not worry about how much each meal is costing at Walt Disney World. Hubby had a little fear it wouldn't be enough food  ~ Each package includes a sit-down meal at one of the wonderful restaurants on Property, a counter-service and snack per person per day. Even though we didn't use the plan as judiciously as we could have, taking friends out to dinner using the plan, using double-credits for The Rose and Crown (slow service and mediocre food - not worth it), we still came out ahead at least $300! I have food allergies so eating in sit-downs where I can talk personally to the chef and have special meals made for me (one meal that was especially amazing will be talked about at a later date) is a must. The sit-downs include an appetizer, entre, dessert and two drinks, as well as an 18% tip. By the end of the trip, instead of having lost weight from all the exercise, GAINED weight from all the wonderful, plentiful food :hungry:!!!!!

Mickey and The Dining Plan, Rose and Crown and WDW are all of The Disney Corporation ~

Thankees. That is just how we felt after coming back from WDW after having the Disney Dining Plan. We just paid a flat fee and it included so much food we felt like we gained weight and didn't lose any after walking ten miles a day or more every single day :faint:

I do believe there was every main character ~ do remember Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Pooh for sure. My daughter, *Arete-Eirene-Phile took a picture of the display and posted it on her site so I'll have to see if all the characters are visible ;)

Oh, my gosh, you should have seen these plushies! They were just wrong :giggle: ~ Donald was the worst-looking because he had a tiny beak and itty-bitty eyes and really DID look like Humpty Dumpty who sat on a Wall!! I wasn't going to buy one (Tina bought the Pluto) but the three of us got to joking about how that must be the characters after The Disney Dining Plan I just had to buy one just so I could create this deviation  ~ Parks Gal :rose:
