You Are My Sunshine My Only Sunshine
Sorry to spam your inbox with another journal from me on the same day but have to show you two more videos of flooding as seen from the other side of the building. The fence in the first video surrounds a pond then the driveway goes around it. There is a parking area to the left and on the far right as I face the pond. Two areas of the golf course fed into the creek and the pond by the building and flooded the housing edition across the creek. That area is in a lower-lying area, so the housing is raised on building block bases. Each lot has a driveway and many have outbuildings, so I imagine those may not have faired well. I can now see the housing as water has lowered, but there are still flooded areas. Some towns nearby needed boats to evacuate some people.
Got the power of the Rainbow
My nephew had to find another route around to get here to pick up Cody, but when he arrived at the road, which is the route he usually takes to get here, he saw the road was flooded. He took a video of a pickup truck with extra-large tires trying to drive through the road blockage. My nephew had parked in an adjoining parking lot when he realized he couldn't get into the road and called to say he would be later in picking up Cody; however, I digress: The truck in question was driving in the water, which came up to its bumper! Too bad I don't have a copy of that video. The route my nephew ultimately took had two areas that were flooded, but he said the water only came part way up the tires on his pickup. He went by the housing edition I mentioned and he said it was flooded. A house with a large front yard was flooded up to the porch, so the water there is very deep. The only way out of that house is by boat.
Raining
Speaking of boats, there are areas nearby that had to be evacuated by watercraft. There was around four-inches of rain (would be four feet of snow) that came down in a short time; ergo, there wasn't time for the rain to be absorbed into the ground causing the flooding.
Day70 - The City
The second video shows the rush of water that had originally flowed down the fairway in the video in the other journal, which gathered in front of the building, as well as heading down towards the pond prior to the water following the slope of the land and passing directly by the building then into the creek. Due to having two sections of the golf course funneling into the creek, it overflowed quickly causing flooding.

Added additional photos to the Sta.sh link in the other journal. I was standing on the small porch that can be accessed by one of the bedrooms. Here are a few:
