Daylight Savings Time

Don't forget that Daylight Savings Time starts this coming Sunday, March 8, 2015 in the United States and other parts of the Northern Hemisphere (for the Southern Hemisphere, DST could be ending), and It will end on November 1, 2015. The official time conversion is 2 AM, so when going to bed, set clocks that do not update automatically, one hour ahead. ABC has a few TIPS for dealing with that one hour less of sleep time when switching to DST.
