"Best of Show" = The artwork that the judges felt was the overall best of all the submissions. It met the requirements of (1) any medium, (2) excelled in technical skill, technique used, show good knowledge of medium used, creativity, artistic skill, overall pleasing imagery and (3) showed an appropriate contest theme interpretation.
