The rain just keeps coming down. The water table is already high, so the water is gathering on top of the ground. Even as I speak it is worse than when I took this video:
Ironically, this is the first time I have posted anything on YouTube after having the account for years and years! It was the only way I could share it, since Sta.sh requires you to download it.
ALL THE PHOTOS are in a Sta.sh folder that were taken at various times during the storm. The photos taken today show how the standing water progressed.

I just about jumped out of my skin with the last lightning strike. It has been thundering since very early this morning but this last one was really LOUD

In this photo above, behind the pond shown is a smaller pond that usually cannot be seen from this viewpoint. It has overflowed so much it not only can be seen, but it has nearly merged with the larger pond!
